Define Engineering was founded by Jake Williams, whose career in the industry began working alongside his parents at Prestige Truck Bodies.
Growing up in a workshop environment shaped his work ethic early and gave him a strong appreciation for quality craftsmanship and managing things accordingly from day one.
Over the years, Jake gained hands on experience across truck body repairs and modifications, building a reputation for precision, reliability, and getting the details right. His attention to detail is second to none, and it’s something that still sets the standard for the business today.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Jake went on to establish Define Engineering in the Carrum Downs industrial area with a clear goal in mind. Build a business grounded in strong values, quality workmanship, and practical solutions for the transport industry.
What started in truck body repairs has grown into a specialised business with focus on wheelbase modifications and truck modifications, supported by in house fabrication, electrical work, and wiring harness manufacturing. The business has evolved over time, but the approach has stayed the same.
